Today, she leads Habits at Work’s conversations with companies like Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, New York Life, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many others.

Tia is a key part of the Kellogg Sales Institute, where she leads programs, co-facilitates workshops and co-develops the research-based curriculum that allows sales teams to “speak their preferred futures into existence”.
